Open Question: Why do Dems consider McCain "more of the same" when he's the most bipartisan candidate in this elect

He's crossed party lines and worked with Democrats many more times than Obama has. Many Republicans don't think he's conservative or "Republican" enough for them. Obama, with the little experience he has in the Senate, has never crossed party lines at all.

So if it's change they are after, why not vote for a man with a proven record of bipartisanship?
